ac, vent heat flapper valve

does anyone know where this valve is located under the dash and if it is easy to get at or not? thanks very much

I don't know for sure but im going under the dash of mine and will advise if i see the valve. I think I have the same issue, a stuck vent valve because i can't get any heat. Check back in later.
