1999 accord code p1457

Hi All, I have a 1999 honda accord 4cyl and I keep getting a code p1457.I know it has something to do with the EVAP system but I dont know what part might be broken can anyone tell me how to check to see what part is broken? I read somewhere here It could be the canister vent shut solenoid. Can anyone tell me where that is .
