BMW E46 328, Engine Mangement Light

Can anyone help, i have a 1999 328 which is a great Car and has been converted to LPG about 6 months ago. I have an intermittent problem in that the small Engine Management symbol light up on very rare occasions for no particular reason. Has anyone ever seen this before?
