Be careful not to drive the stock Toyota ceramic turbos too hard. You should be pushing arond 9 psi-0.62 bar stock. They have a limit of around 13 psi-0.9 bar. The ceramic wheels just don't hold up to high boost levels. You should also replace the stock boost gauge. The Toyota unit isn't reliable over stock levels. Other than that you should be ok.

Alright another GA70 owner here, welcome brother (check my site to see mine). Post some pics of your car.
TcmaBoy, I think you are thinking about the CT12A turbos with ceramic exhaust wheels. The 1G-G CT12's use steel wheels and don't have the same problems. They will run out of steam if you raise the boost much more though. Depending on what generation 1ggteu you have it will either run the 9psi or the 11psi stock. Can't replace the stock boost gauge since the GA70 only comes with a lame LED "boost" light, but a good electronic boost gauge and other gauges are a great idea. Your list sounds good though, let the engine breath better first, intake and full exhaust, intercooler and IC pipes with a bov. Then if you still aren't satisfied raise the boost (good electronic BC) and install the F-Con, tuned ECU, SAFC, whatever. You will probably need bigger injectors or additional injectors if you do too much. You will know for sure when you dyno tune it though. After that there are lots of options for turbo kits and other electronics, being down in Australia helps also.

The C in Toyota's CT turbo line stands for Ceramic. The CT-12/12a, CT-20, and CT-26 are all ceramic turbos. They all have the same 13 to 14 psi upper limit.
