Front Signal Light Problem

I have a 95 chevy s-10 that i just put a 2" lift in and I noticed the front signal light were not working so I went out and got new bulbs for it. I put them in and everything was fine. Then I used the signal to turn left and now both arrow lights in the dash are always on consistently (not flashing) WHEN I HAVE THE HEADLIGHTS ON
