Anywhere online for a fuse chart for a 1995 Pontiac Trans Sport 3.8??
I noticed mine is missing a fuse (one of the ones in the glovebox compartment) labled INJ 7.5 (I know 7.5 is what type of fuse, but what is INJ?)
I tried putting a fuse in it, but it won't snap into place, very loose and falls right out! Whats the function of this and how can i get a fuse to stay in there other than maybe duct taping it,heheh?

If it isn't broke, don't fix it. Quite often fuse banks will have empty fuses. Automakers reuse the same part on different vehicles and on some vehicle, there may have been a need for a INJ 7.5 fuse. In your case, I bet that a fuse isn't needed, so that is why it won't stay in there.
My guess is INJ stands for injector.
Check your owners manual. There is usually a diagram in there.

Ah. Well, in that case as in a forum. :)
My guess is though that it's an unused position. Can you see metal contacts inside the fuseblock?

Does it look like this?

The unused position is labelled 7.5 A on the 3.1 fuse block.
