i refuse to send text messages

they piss me off. it is so much easier to call someone and get everythinkg u need to know in like a minute. then trying to type it all out in a text message.

same thing goes for the stupid walkie talkie phone crap

fuck that nextel's are hella tight and the easiest one for "quick info getting" out of everything we have listed. nextel = easiest possible way to communicate rather than talking face to face.

i dont see how two way is any easier then a regular cell phone. and ive used both

well the thing is now, and maybe its just me, but if i dont have my nextel i will still think the same way and just think of a question and want to beep someone, but i call them, and then just hang up after its done, and then remember something else to tell them, and have to call them again. But most of my routine hang-out friends and boss and co-workers have them and its $45 for unilmited everything monthly. AND, if bitches have them, it gives you a reason to go up to them randomly and start a conversation. and they are generally pretty cool to talk to. AND Nextel's speakers are the best for playing .mp3's you put on it with a data cable.

the thing i dont like about nextel around here is that they dont get service in buildings. all my friends w/ nextel are always using my phone when were are at school in the commons cause i have fun service and they have no service.

I personally think the walkie talkies are overrated. It's really about the only cool feature of Nextel phones. And they're a real pain in the ass to set up and activate. When I do a Sprint activation at work, it takes me like 7 minutes. I did my first Nextel line and it was like an hour. Their system is fucking ridiculous. The thing I think is really shitty about them is that once you're off of Nextels service area, you are exactly that. Your phone may as well be a paperweight. Everyone elses phone can roam but Nextel. I've talked like 30 people out of getting Nextel at work.

here in pensacola nextel actually bought 20 alltel phones for their emplyies to use after the hurricane because nextel was so shitty

well its like pretty fuckin good here all over so i dunno. i wouldnt have ever chose it if i didnt know it worked great here.

nextell owns. Hands down. No ringing, i just find the name hit the button give a random "hey f*&^ You" with a crazy style serial killer laugh. If the person has there phone speaker up, it blasts what ever i just said across the room.....lets hope there not in church muahahhahahahhahaha. Its funny when they're trying to spit game, then i interupt just to be an ass.

Walky talky is sweet, you dont know until you know. Way convenient. You dont have to constantly hold the phone up to your ear either.....and the shit is easy to get going.....free nights, free weekends, free incoming...my phone bill is like 20 a month. I own. Not to mention the phone was 10 bucks...

thats nothin, last month i sent about 5000, i send them all day in school and in work with ppl on AOL and my girlfriend whos at home. 5000 was the most i ever did b/c its the first month i was in school w.o her, and we just went nuts. It cost me like 30 bucks at 2 cents a message or somethin, im not sure how many over my limit i was, but my limit is real high to start
