which is better (faster)

is the 93-97 LT1 camaro Z28 better ir the 98-02 camaro Z28 LS1 better.

opinion question, out of the box, the ls1 outperforms the lt1, but it isn't a big margin... some people perfer lt1's and some perfer ls1's... and some think both are awesome *points at self*

LS1 - Aluminum block = lighter // Mods & parts are generalyl more expensive
LT1 - Cast Iron Block = Heavier // Mods & parts are generally less expensive

Both have great potential. LT1's are cheaper and easier to find imo.

LT1s sound better too :iceslolan they tend to feel more like a musclecar than the LS1s because the LS1s seem very... refined.
