1986 B2000 crank gear

Can someone tell me the torque spec for the timing gear on the crankshaft. I need to replace it due to a sheared key. Also what method do you use to hold the crankshaft to get the bolt loose.

according to my service manual the torque for the crankshaft sprocket bolt is 116-123 ft.lbs. , As far as holding the pulley, they make a pulley grip tool that looks alot like a oil filter wrench. I have always used air impact to get the bolt out.
