electrical issues

I seem to be having a number of electrical issues with my 99 cougar. The turn signals don't work most of the time, the window controls on the driver's side don't work most of the time, the fan blower doesn't actually turn on until whenever it feels like it and I can't turn on the fog lights. Does anybody have any good ideas or suggestions.
