Does anyone know where to get a nice replacement antenna for the G20? Mine will not go up or down, but you can hear the motor moving around. Are those crazy euro style antenna's universal, or do I need a specific application?

if you're refering to the roof mounted ariels, they can be universal, but require drilling in order to act as a real atenna. There are several types as well as styles,.... fake ones, proper antennas, and proper ones with an FM booster. They're know as 16 valve ariels over here in the UK cos they were first fitted to the VW Glof 16valve. Now they are a common place on the majority of new cars, from Skoda to Saab etc.

Im just rying to figure out if I should go to the dealership and have them drop anew mechanical antenna in, or just replace it myself. So many choices....

the 16 valve antennas looks much cooler, especially, if you cut it short, three quarter lenth, or buy an aftermarket bee-sting ariel

why have an antenna at all? :D you can wire your antenna to your defroster.

its pretty much what it sounds like. you wire it so the defroster is your antenna? you know the defroster for the rear windshield. look at the new Honda Accords, do you see an antenna? its wired to the defroster i believe.
