Could be a code 32
If the light stays on you have a SIR problem.
Air bags can save your life or they can injure or kill you if you fool with them and do not know what you are doing.
Better and safer to get a air bag trained repair shop to fix it.

I notice you have a post on dash gauges.
Did the air bag come on before or after you had the dash out? Could be unpluged.

what excatly is a code 32? My cruise is not working as well as the flashing airbag light, but the cruise didn't go out until a good while after the this light problem started (probably 4 months apart). However iI did recieve a letter from ford about a recall for the cruise control. What do you know about this? Could they be related? My horn quit working as well and don't see any blown fuses. I am confused?
Thanks

Code 32 is somthing on drivers side is not making the circuit.
But unless you are trained in aib bag repair find some one that is.
Good time to get the ford recall done and go from there.

i have a 1992 merc grand marquis (still ford) and im about to inlightin u i had the same problem so i replaced the clock spring and got my horn and cruise back but then the airbag code changed and its saying that i have a blown internal fuse in my air bag module now with only haveing a driver side air bag theres only one module but on the f150 theres to so replace the clock spring and then if it fixs it good for u and if it doesnt post the code and ill tell u what i means code 32 means high resistance or short in driver side air bag circuit aka bad clock spring hope this helps
