Acura CL vs Old Caddy

Hi, I'm gearing up to race a buddy of mine who has a 2001 Acura CL - NOT the type-S (he has the S badge, but has the base 225HP CL engine under the hood.) What do the non-S CLs run 0-60 and in the quarter mile, and what do you think the outcome will be? I roll in a 1998 Cadillac Eldorado ETC. Both cars are stock. Thanks!
