I have a 99 GMC and I think one of the door speakers has blown. Can anyone tell me the procedure for removing the door panel to gain access to the speakers?
Thanks, JCS44

As there have been no replies, I've done some research and as near as I can tell, the way to remove the door panel is something like this: Pop out the trim piece around the inside door handle. The whole panel can then be pulled loose, starting at the bottom. Once the bottom and sides are loose, the whole panel can then be lifted up and off, although there's probably a cable that goes to the window and lock switches. You may also have to pop off the panel that covers the mirror attachment. This should provide fairly easy access to the speakers. Anyone have a better idea?
