tranny kicks out of od

hey guys, i need a litle help w/ my '94 olds cutlsaa cierra s. its got a 3.1 w/ a 4t60 not sure if its an e or not??? well the problem is that the tranny shifts smoothe and everything it works great till it warms up then after it warms up it kicks outa od in to regdrive. theres no slipping or ne thing like that. its messing w/ my gas mileage bad i only get 250 to a takn of gas. ive done a filter and fluid change like 10,000 ago. do i need a new tranny or is there something i can do to fix it. i also have a torque converter clutch code. and a qdm b code what do those mean. i know the car had gen 1 obd2 system in it. ne help would be great i have yahoo and aim if u wanna help me w/ it. yahoo: armyguy63w2000 aim: waters355 both r my messanger names.

It is possible the tcc solenoid is overloading the pcm quad driver which will kill the circuit to the solenoid and out of o/d. This should be scanned with a trans capable scanner to look at solenoid commands and operation to really diagnose this properly.
