OK, so I'm looking through the craigslist cars for sale section, and I come across this ad titled "car for sale - $500". Seems decent enough, so I click it. And I find THIS:

WHAT THE HELL??!? Ok, lets count JUST the spelling and punctuation errors in this ad.

I going to venture a guess that this was posted by an immigrant. Now, far be it from me to be racist, but why do you live here IF YOU CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH?? And to all you that say "You have no right to say that, they speak english better than you speak spanish!!", you would be wrong. I, as a matter of fact, can speak and write spanish a helluva lot better than the person that posted that ad can do in english.

Honestly if you're selling a vehicle and you talk about it like you have a 3rd grade education, theres no way i'm buying it!

I'd love to find out that the thing is in damn near perfect condition and you passed it up because some guy isn't good at spelling.

That or you would think most people passed 3rd grade and can spell somewhat decent. I think selling a car should require atleast some kind of professionalism and be handled likewise. If you can't spell right you come across looking stupid, which in turns leads me to believe you cant take care of a car.

I remember back in the day i would catch myself writing "internet lingo" on papers for school. I would catch it though before i was done so it wasnt a huge deal. That ad however just looks like an idiot wrote it. Not some person who simply forgot he wasnt chatting online.

I never said he was stupid, i said he came across looking stupid due to the lack of proper spelling. Now if there is a reason for it then so be it. But if it's just some ignorant person who doesn't feel like trying then he is stupid.

how about this, the guys here deal in supercars, the sell supercars, they buy supercars...

..surely they'd know about supercars, or atleast proofread when they make the advert, 270mph ? dont think so...
