Locating a Vapor Cylinoide

I need to locate a Vapor Cylinoide on my 1998 Chevy Lumina. I need to also locate the vapor canister. People have told me it is under the car and under the engine> i have searched. if you know the direct location please let me know.

remove the l/r wheel and inner splash shield, you will see it behind the rear wheel well shield.
