Uploading a video from my documents?

I have a video clip saved on my comp under my documents, and when I try to upload it to putfile.com or streetfire.net, it says they dont allow that type of file. How can I upload my vid?? :confused:

try looking for a program to convert the file into a different format. search the net for one, then go download it off limewire or something...

Would you know any programs off-hand?

there's a few things, i'll see if i can find you some more professional ones. maybe adobe makes one.
