looking at an 85 monte

my girlfriend's cousin is moving out of state and needs to sell his monte. its got less than 90K i think a 4.3L 6 cyl. they just recently bought from some old man, and everything is in good condition. he wants somewhere between 600 and maybe 900, whats' a good price?
