1) Spark Plug well gaskets and/or a ton of RTV.
2) If the leak comes from the slave cylinder area then yeah that would be it... or if you plan on modding you could get the Nismo.
3)Leave the windows down and dont leave anything worth stealing inside :dunno:

3.
your door locks are prolly fucked, where you stick the key in. just remove them and bring it to a locksmith, they will repare it. give them your key so you wont have to use seperate keys for your doors and ignition. i know this cause i changed one of mine
peace

I dunno how it is on an S13, I haven't done mine, but on some cars, you really need some tiny ass arms to get the the lock cylinder, lol.

first off whoever told you that is a moron, don't listen to them again and walk away lol. You need to find where the leak is actually comming from, if it is the master cylinder, line, or slave cylinder. Replace the entire component that is failing, "replace the seals" lol thats a good one.

As for your Nissan 240 , 3 Easy fix's.. First your oil leak into your spark plug Galley.. thats just a matter of replacing your valve cover gasket.. when you have teh valve cover off you'll see a second gasket that going around all 4 spark plug holes.. oil seeps into spark plug galley when they are bad. Next Your Clutch.. Pretty cut and dry.. Clean your clutch master and slave . If the slave starts to drip , there you go . Replace your slave. Last but not least your lock.. The hardest part of this is removing your door panel, sounds like the rod just pop'd of the lock cylender.Just a matter of getting the door panel off and hooking it back up..you said the lock turns with the key so it's not the lock. the brake fluid drips out of the rod thats connected to the clutch pedal. thats probaly a bad explanation but i suck at explaining things and i dont have a digital camera to post pics.
