2000 computer in a 99 z24 5spd?

is it possible... ive heard you need the ecm,bcm,and guage cluster but i was just wondering if you have to swat the whole harness or can i plug those in to my 99 harness and it work? also how hard would it be to swap the whole harness? ...ooh and im doing this for a s/c reflash
