Anyone know of any engine swaps i can do for a 2000 Eclipse gs.
Someone had told me that you can fit a supra engine in it is that true?

no. forget about engine swaps. you already have a very strong engine.

Does all 2000 eclipse idle loud? Plus i think i have a bit of a transmission problem.

2000's are fed specs...i think they were noticeably louder

what RPM is it idling at? do you have an aftermarket exhaust on it? have you(or somebody before you) made any modifications to the headers/exhaust?

not all. some were fed, some were cali.

Im sure the motor would fit...trans is a different story. If you wanna do an engine swap, i would stick to FWD-FWD...not RWD-FWD. I dont think that is even possible (unless you want to spend ass loads of money to convert FW to RW...if you have that money, do it and post lots of pics...lol)
