Is there any information on the 2004 having problems with the lens covers becoming foggy/cloudy and appearing to be flaking in appearances?

I haven't seen any problems posted with this model year headlights/corner lights. If the car is still under warranty take it back to the dealer and show them. They should replace them for free if the warranty is still in effect.

Thanks I'll certainly check - didn't know if this was a known problem.

I have the same problem on my 99gp. Just ordered brand new lights. As far as I know it's actually pretty comon issue espcially with older models and the only way to fix it is to get new headlights.

the lens are plastic. armor-all is a temporary fix. rub some on and it will bring back their shine, but its not permanent. Might last about a week.
