dash /parking lights

on an 87 s-10 blazer
intermittenly at first my dash/park lights would go off but now there is nothing. i've changed bulbs ,a few were burned out and the 30 amp fuse relay on the block was bad but there is no power to the fuse (inst. panel) now and i'm not sure whee to go from here. is there a relay before the fuse block?
