wondering what i would have to do in order to install an innercooler in my 95 del sols...do i need a turbo or can i use just an innercooler??

no, they are no good. You need a turbo to have an intercooler.......

actually technically you dont need a turbo to put a intercooler on your car. it just would hurt performance on your car because of the restriction the intercooler creates without a turbo that is

If you want cooler air your selection would be a COLD AIR INTAKE.
Simply:
-You don't install a TURBO beacuse the INTERCOOLER,
-You install an INTERCOOLER because a TURBO (or supecharger).
