Difference in shift kits?

I was wondering if there was a difference between the autotrans interceptor and the b&m shiftplus.They are both supposed to improve shifts in a few ways. As I've heard from many people the auto interceptor is crap,but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the shiftplus,if it was any different or if it helped any. My shifts could uses a little more firmness though.

Thats the one Im talking about.Im pretty sure someone on donkeypunchperformance.com forums is selling one from their 99+ alero for $40. Maybe if I they find one for our cars I'll buy one. I also wanna get a b&m tranny cooler soon before doing many mods because I got 119k miles on her.If they do make the shiftplus kit for our cars I'll get one cuz they're so cheap.Along with a civic cai and a FFP pulley.

the add says it works for GM 4T60E which is the trans most GAs hav today. Both trans interceptors sound like a bunch of BS. I'd be affraid it would cause overheating or burn up the bands because of the hard shifts it produces by increasing line pressure. Or burn up the Tc selenoid, both wouldnt be good.

yea I realized that a little while ago. You have an SE,but that would be cool if you could get your car close to that.
