I have already searched this site as well as the internet and can't find any good tips or tutorials on how to make a car look rusted out. I found one thing on this site, but none of the pictures worked. If anyone has any tips or links, they would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen much either. Only thing I could suggest is the Tamiya Paint Weathering Mixes (http://www.scalewiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Tamiya_Paint_Weathering_Mixes) that give you an idea on which paint mix to use.
There is an how to (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=297032&highlight=Weathering) From ol' dude, but sadly the pictures are dead. I asked him if he could supply them so I could add them to ScaleWiki (http://www.scalewiki.com), but he never replied.
Out of luck
