escort 1.9

i have an 88 escort gt that i want to take the 1.9 H.O. out and put into a 91 escort lx with a 1.9 sefi engine. is there any special modifications that need to be made. btw they are both 5 speeds.

There not 100% compatible.
They have completely different engine managment systems and one is made to fit a Ford and the other to fit a Mazda chassis.
