can you use 215 70 16 on a 2002 trailblazer?

3 sizes too small, why would anyone do this???

From my experience, that tire would be waaayy to narrow for a TB rim. The standard tire sizes are P245-70/R16 and I think P245-65/R17. On my 02 LT with the stock rims it is the first measurement.
