to answer both questions i am from Canada, an the car is 5500$ but im gunna offer little less see if i can get it for like 4900$ worth it, what you're thoughts about this car from what i wrote down about it Thanx

5500 canadian ? i would think that 4900 canadian would be worth it, but of course try and get him to go lower

but i was trying to ask is the car worth that, im guessen it is but is the v-tec that he has put in its a 1999 an only has 42000k an change in km's, how can that be 6 years old ..

take that car to the track, if it doesnt run mid to low 13s it aint 190whp
