Need helms manual info

Does anyone out there have a helms manual for D16a6 motor? I gave mine away to the new owner when I sold my EF. I am rebuilding a JDM SOHC ZC motor to put in my EK and I need to get a print out of the rod bearing section for new rod bearings. I am not trusting the codes on my 96-00 helms manual that I have cause things/info might have changed through the years. Thanks!
