2002 Chev Blazer Added NEW Keyless Entry

I have spent MANY hours searching everywhere for this, I have found the same question but no real answer...

I have a 2002 Blazer LS 2 Door 2WD - it did NOT come with Keyless Entry. I bought a brand new keyless entry with remotes off ebay:

TWO KEYLESS ENTRY REMOTES ( GM 15042968 )
KEYLESS ENTRY RECEIVER (GM 15042969 )
(Remotes are already suppose to be programmed for the module, I got it and it looks brand spankin new)

According to other sources this is suppose to be the correct RKE module for my car. I hooked up the RKE module under the driver side pannel by the OBD2 connector - No Problems - and nothing happens, I think I have to use a scan tool to reprogram the BCM to tell it that the RKE is there?
I already tried the remote programming instructions, but I never get the confirmation chirps.. (Hold lock, turn key on off 3x etc etc).

Has anyone successfully added factory Remote Keyless Entry to their late model blazer?
