This morning i wake up to find out that my CD Player was stolen. I had my car locked and they still got in. All the got was my cd player and a cd that was in it. They were at least nice enough to take it out clean and not cut my wires. They also left 55 cds in the passenger seat and my sub and amp that are valued at $850 all they had to do is unsrew 3 screws to get my box loose and the 4 wires holding my amp. Why me I wake up go to work come home and spend time with my girlfriend. Then do the same thing the next day.

I don't think the guy(s) that stole your cd player care about you or your life. They just saw an opportunity and took it. It is weird that they just stole the cd player... I would never steal, but if I were to, I'd take everything I could. But I understand how you feel, that you do nothing but mind your own business and yet still are a victim to theivery. Life's fucked up and people are fucked up. I don't know what else to say except that take pride in the fact that you are a good person and will be rewarded for it at some point down the road.

I know how you feel, I got called into work one night, between walking in the door at 9:00pm, showering, walking out the door at 9:30pm. My cd player, amp and subs, Cd's, Radar detector, pic of GF, cookies that were gonna be dinner; All gone. They got in by smashing drivers window, at least the tinting kept it together, spent $250 for a new window the next day. Why the hell do the people who have jobs, don't live off of 5 different welfare programs (and still not work), own nice things for ourselves, get screwed? All they say for themselves is that it is the only way they know how to survive! BULLS**T!!!! McD's will hire almost anyone, but "I don't want to work there", or "I'm above that type of job" you know what, i hope you die in the streets as your crawling along and I run your a$$ over.

Why didnt they take the amp/subs. They were bolted down. Atleast thats how it seems. Quick in quick out. You can steal a cd player with 2 screwdrivers if that in less than 2 minutes start to finish if you know what your doing.

If i was breaking into a car i would take everything that was worth anything, that wasnt bolted down or secured.

Yeah some people sure do suck. I once had a stereo ripped off from my car when my Dad borrowed it. He was the guest speaker at a church where it was parked when it happened!

My insurance wont cover it becuase its less than my deductable or something my dad said who knows i buy everything on my own.Insurance normally will NOT cover aftermarket equiptment. this si because you could buy a $2000, photocopy repciets, return items, trash your car, call insurance, and theres proof that you purchased a $2000 system.

thieves only take radios sometimes because they weigh little, can be hidden easily an can make money fast. they want to grab it quick an sell it easy, sitting around unscrewing a sub and amp they cant really hide in a jacket or whatever easily isnt too helpful, despite the street value.

like craigcully said, they dont care, or know about your life, they just want to make easy money.

If they want it, they will get it, no matter how securely its mounted, no matter how good your alarm is, they will get it. I have found that if you hide things in your car like amps etc. they will find them, it just means more damage.

Usually insurance will cover personal items in the car up to like 300-500. Aftermarket stereo systems are considered "personal items" by most insurance companies. In my policy I pay like an extra 100 a year or so and have coverage for $1000 of personal items(the exact value of all my stereo equipment, minus all the mounted speakers). Check your policy they should cover the cost of your stereo. The only bitch about this is that you have to make a claim and that in turn will make your premium go up. Peace-

Just make sure you are high enough, don't want your feet touching the ground, but not high enough to snap the neck, just hang there and linger for a while.... suffering......

yep, I'm evil... :evillol:

yea, you wanna tie the "open end" up high, make sure the loop is high enough so you have to stand on your toes to get your head through. then do the usual, rock the chair as hard as you can so it falls...the rest is kinda done for you.
