Best headers?

I have a 93 pickup, 22re. naturally aspirated. I'm looking for headers that will give me the most bang for my buck. I have looked at TRD headers, LC headers, and Thorley headers. I am looking for a power band increase in mid to high rpms. (2000-6000 RPM range)
has anyone tested these or is anyone familliar with which one would perform the greatest among the three?

I am looking to put a new cam as well. I am not sure which amout of lift would be best for 2000-6000 rpms.. help there would be appreciated as well.

Ok cool info, but my question still remains. Which one is best for that rpm range(2000-6000)? 4 - 1, or the 4 - 2 - 1? Thanks for your reply guys.
