replacing subwoofer

Anyone here know how to replace the subwoofer on a 1995 ford sho? I did a search and i didn't find any relevant posts. I removed 5 screws on the black plastic box, but there appear to be two more that have to access from the top. Do i have to remove the back seat? Any help would be appreciated.
