Trunk Release

I had water in the computer box. Fixed the problem, everything works fine except the doors automatic lock when the vehicle exceeds 9mph (this can be caused by the fault in the Air Bag module, which I need to reset), and the trunk release. The trunk release does not work neither from the door button nor from the key, however I do hear the relay clicking in the dash whenever I press it. I know there is a way to desable the trunk release so it can ONLY be controlled by the key. How can I reset it so I can activate it from the door panel and/or from the remote control. Please help. Thanks.
