ranger spark plugs

Does anyone know why the plugs on the right bank and the left bank are different?The plugs removed from my 99 -4.0 were all Motorcraft AGRF,one side were 22P and the other 22 PG. Replacement calls for the same on both sides. Just curious!! :rolleyes:

it's a ford thing.i replaced all of mine with bosch platinum's a year ago and it works fine.
