1.8L Rear Main Seal Install - Which Gasket?

I'm in the middle of doing the rear main seal on the Beater. My new Felpro seal came with two different gaskets. One is black and one blue. The black one is shaped exactly like the seal retainer piece on all three sides, which makes me think it should be used. But the gasket I scraped off the block was blue. The new blue gasket has a rounded top side which doesn't follow the shape of the retainer exactly even though the holes match up.
Blue... Black... or both stacked?

Figured this much. Added to my desktop... Thanks.
Did a search for my question there, and didn't come up with anything either. Hoping to get an answer in the next few hours to get started on the reassembly.

Well, since no one had a suggestion, I went with the black gasket since it fit the best. Maybe they include two different gaskets in the kit for variances between manual and auto retainers. Not sure.
When I dropped the tranny down, and went to remove the rear main retainer piece, the actual seal slipped off by hand, which I think points to the oil loss problem. The new one went into place pretty tight. So, hopefully the oil will stay in the engine now and off the floor.
