I have a chugging problem with my 95 pontiac grand prix SE 3.1L, i start it up and it sounds like it's missing on a cylinder or 2 even, but no check engine light comes on or nething like that to signal any problems so what are my options to single it out? anybody else have the same problem?

A quick way to determine which cylinders are misfiring is to remove a plug wire and listen to the engine..if the engine does not change tone, that cylinder is the one that is misfiring. (be careful when doing this, you could and most likely will get shocked  )
Once you determine the cylinder, the next thing is to determine if you are getting spark at that cylinder.
