value of 45k engine

Hello. My brother was wanting to buy my spare engine off of me. My brother has found a LeSabre in perfect condition other than the engine.
My car with the engine in it was totalled in a wreck about three months ago but as far as I can tell the engine is fine minus the oil pan. Tranny is a different story....had a half-shaft shoved into it...
Anyway, how much would you guys think that a perfectly tuned 3800 vin C with only 45 thousand original miles on it would be worth? My girlfriend's dad and I would be the ones to do the engine swap as well.
