89 cherokee hatch area leaking

Has anybody else had their hatch area leak?The weather stripping is fine, but I can't seem to pin point where the leak is coming from & how to seal it. Could it be the passenger side rearwindow??? (not the hatch window)

Could be the window. Once the hatch is latched closed, can you push it in further? You may only need to adjust the latch.

Use a garden hose to direct water on the seal and see if any water enters.
