Ok so i finally figgured out how to put the intake on (i just had to buy a maf sensor adapter). Now that ive got the intake on my car is running really bad. I have black exhaust, and the car puts real bad. can anyone help me?

well hopefully you didnt try to fix anything else while you were "fixing" the intake. Seems that your running rich. The opposite of what i would expect from installing a new intake.The MAF might be sending a bad signal.
I would try cleaning the connectorsto the MAF, hopefully you didnt damage the thermistor on the MAF.

well if i put the stock intake back on its fine. It just gets messed up with the new one. Also i never said i "Fixed" anything i said i figgured it out.

I didnt say you "fixed" anything, i implied.

If you are like anyone in this forum we tend to "fix" things.
Its the way of the speed o holic.

Too much fuel, not enough air. Is your car turbo'd? When you swap the intake, do you keep the same MAF?
