well wilma is supposed to make land fall on ft myers beach bout 30 min away from me i go there almost every weekend. im not leaving some may call my family and i stupid but we are not leaving. its supposed to hit as a cat 3 maybe 4 its gonna be tuff just wanted to let you guys know 1 of your model building friends was going to be in it.

That storm is a monster! Going from a cat. 1 to a cat. 5 overnight!! I hope she steers clear of the US all together. It's a bad feeling knowing these storms are coming and not knowing where they will land. I hope FL. doesn't get it too bad.

The hurricane is very far from any possible U.S. landfall. It is very premature to say that it is headed towards fort myers beach, let alone that region of Florida. Hurricanes are very unpredictable with many possible variables, and It will most likely lose strength once it reaches the cooler waters to the north. That being said, one should take extreme caution with a storm of this magnitude, as it could hit anywhere.
I hope it weakens enough and/or hits an unpopulated area.
