Alternator replacement?

HI all- I've got a 94 Voyager, 3.8, with a siezed alternator- how does it come out, top or bottom? It seems like to get it out from the top, the bracket (which looks like a bear) must be removed? Thanks.

Update- it wasn't that bad. It siezed due to no seal at the rear of the hood, all that rain just poured on to the alternator, and it sat that way for a few days.
