2001 3.5 or 4.0!???

Im thinking of buying a 4.0 2nd Gen. But there is also 3.5 on the site too. Who has driven both of them? MPG??? Im also going to sell my 1996 with 110K. I live in central indiana. Im going to ask $3K obo. Its that medium brown with tan interior, has new windshield, w pump, t stat, fuel rail, a/c work trans flush etc. run in low 200 degrees, idle or drive! Well cared for.
