rattling noise?!?!

I have a 95 Talon TSI and when I take my foot off the gas, it makes a rattling noise. Not sure if something is loose or if its the tranny or ?? Anyone have any similar problems or know what I should do?

could be a piece of something in the exhaust or a heat shield
