i have an 03 dodge 2500
if u have a custom true dual exhaust put on itand just put the o2 sensor on one bank will this affect o2 sensor read out?
or could i put true dual on and put an H pipe on and put the 02 sensor on the h pipe?

It shouldn't affect anything. I put a true dual exhaust on my 94 and just put the one O2 sensor back in and haven't had any probelms with it.

I don't think it will affect anything either. I had a 351 Ford with true duel exhaust and the 02 sensor only read from one bank, but I never had any problems either.

I thought the '03 had 4 o2 sensors on it anyway.
One before each (2) Cat and one after. Duals shouldn't affect the setup. I think '94s only has o2 sensors in front of each Cat but not behind. O2 sensors behind the Cat didn't start until '98.

The only way it would have two cats is if it came from the factory with true dual exhaust or if someone had aftermarket stuff put on after they bought the truck. I wouldn't think if it was aftermarket they would add another O2 sensor though.
On the 94 the O2 sensor was in the cat and the other is somewhere around the engine I think.

Sensors behind the cats started in 1996 regardless of where the truck was built.
