99 wrangler blower problem

My 99 Wrangler has a problem with the blower switch. I lost my medium speed last year, and now my high power turns on and off if I tap it. I am guessing the blower switch needs to be replaced, but it also has one other problem. At times after I have been running the blower for a/c or heat, the blower will not turn on until after I the Jeep has not been runnig for a short period of time. Since there are a few different parts involved, I don't want to purchase the wrong one since each part can be expensive. Anyone else had this problem?

We had this problem on my 99 jeep last year. We took apart the dash area and replaced the little controller on the back of the knob. Works fine now. Only took us about 30 minutes and 15.00 to do.
