Rear door panels

I have a 93 accord lx with power locks and power windows. I am trying to get the door panels off but it seems to be stuck behind the door handle lever and at the top by the window. HELP please.

There are normally screws in the handle area that are kinda hard to find, there might be one there, I know on other hondas that I've forgotten about those alot because they aren't easily visible.

All of the screws are out. Is it possible to take the plastic trim peice off that is behind the door handle? That screw is out.

The handle may need to move a little sideways (to release) and then out.

The area near the window will need to lift straight up.
