Valve specs dims

I'm thinking of buying the tools to do my own valve work on 1.0 metro cylinger heads. Can anyone give me the following dims? My factory manaul hasn't arrived yet.

Valve guide I.D.
Valve face O.D both intake and exhaust.
Valve retainer O.D. (so I can select the appropriate compressor)
